Sneaking vegetables into kids

I was reading A Juggling Mum blog’s and she had some great ideas on how to sneak some vegetables into your kids meals and so i thought I would let everyone know! I have been struggling with this a lot recently and can’t wait to try some of these ideas.

Another great idea I read recently was to use vegetable broth instead of water in recipes. Whilst you don’t get the fiber, you do get the nutrients.
